Guadalajara Plaza Hotels, a brand of 5 properties, with presence in Puerto Vallarta and Guadalajara, focused on diverse markets, from business hotels in the city to international luxury. For more than 4 years we collaborated in developing new websites for the entire chain as well as managing these websites to attract more traffic and improve sales.

The brand was looking to update its websites and attract more sales, we were assigned the responsibility of renewing both the corporate and individual portals for each hotel, focusing each on its structure and content based on its specific markets, then we gave continuity to the management of them.
Each portal had an identity and tone of voice directed to the market it was addressing. We designed a management strategy to increase traffic to the site and therefore increase sales; once the traffic increased, we made reports on user behavior to improve conversion performance, from navigation flows, heatmaps, among others, which led them to quintuple the income from the sites in a period of 5 years.
